The heat and humidity were every bit as uncomfortable as I'd expected. Managed to get 9 miles in, but it wasn't pretty. Walked the last 3-4. Poor Lynne. Kept trying to make her go on without me but she insisted it was okay. During the post-run beer, however, we discussed the merits of a moped!
Supposed to be cooler tomorrow. Hope so. Runs like this are discouraging.
