Four-run rally lifts Nationals past Braves

Washington's offense comes to life in eighth vs. Atlanta 'pen

Great game. The Braves were up 3-1 until the 8th, and then the Nats woke up. Final score was 5-3, Nats. I'm glad they won--it made up for missing the speech which was delivered BEFORE the game, not during the 7th inning as we'd been lead to believe.

Added bonus: traffic was great both ways.

I've got a fantasy team that's just about all Nats. Drafted it on a whim in a league that I was bored of. Thus, I have been experiencing their highs and (mostly) lows all year. Was gonna try and make my Camden Yards trip a twofer and hit Nats Park, but time and finances didn't allow for it, really. Gotta head down there soon. How is the park, anyway?

My experience this past Saturday was first-class; Booz Allen gave several seats in their suite (behind home plate) to a group of ALS-ers, and the Nats donated their suite as well. Nats Park is lovely, but I've still got a soft spot for RFK. Went there as a kid to see Frank Howard and the Senators. If you do get to DC, let me know.
