My glasses fell out of my hand and onto the floor. I bent down and managed to reach the idiot things, but I couldn't get back up. I got as far up as my bed but then fell backward onto the mattress and couldn't get to a standing position. Cecilia came to my rescue, thank goodness.
Time for a chain for my specs.
