What makes this a good Sunday

1. UNC beat Duke.
2. The sun is out and it's cold.
3. Ran the 8K this morning in under 50 minutes.
4. Didn't have to run after the race!
5. Ate a delicious bagel.
6. Am getting a pedicure.
7. Am visiting Kenny and JR.

And it's only 10:30. Imagine all the other good things that will happen today!
